These privacy terms describes how exnyx ("we") gathers, handles and secures personal information on our website and Services. Our role is controller for these data.
What we collect. Identity and contact data and the like plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. Also collected: trade and settlement records, device data and helpdesk threads. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, complying with law, legitimate interest.
Use of data. Managing your account, settling positions, satisfying regulators, fighting fraud, platform security, plus optional product updates with easy opt-out.
Who sees data. Data reaches only operating vendors (custody, payments, KYC), regulators on lawful demand, and de-identified analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention and security. We retain data through account activity plus statutory windows (typically five-seven years for transactions). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access controls.
